The Death of Wildstorm Comics

It happened yesterday afternoon. DC Comics co-publishers Dan Didio and Jim Lee announced yesterday that DC Entertainment had decided to basically kill the Wildstorm comic book Universe in the massive resources shuffling that has occurred over at the New York DC offices. All of DC’s operation in New York, minus the Vertigo offices, has now shut down and is moving to the west coast, specifically to Burbank, California. Many of the editorial staff from Wildstorm will either transfer to DC’s Digital Team, or lose their jobs. For the full scoop on this heartbreaking end, just click here.
