Bank Street HeroClix for March 2013

Saturday, March 2nd – Players purchase 2 boosters from the newest Marvel HeroClix expansion, Amazing Spider-Man, and build a 300 point team with with the pieces they receive! Prizes include the LE #102 The Zombie.

Thursday, March 7th – Monsters! Build a 600 point team using only characters that have the Monster or Legion of Monsters keyword. Any character that has the word “Ghost,” “Goblin,” or “Witch” in their name will be granted the Monster keyword.

Saturday, March 9th – 500 Point Modern Age Tournament. Build a 500 point team using Modern Age construction rules. Prizes for this event include the LE #104 Azrael for both the Champion and Fellowship winners.

Thursday, March 14th – Do Your Job! Build a 400  point team. Each character must have one of the following keywords: Celebrity, Detective, Police, Politician, Reporter, Scientist, Soldier. Your team does not have to be a themed team of one of these keywords, but each member must have one of the keywords.

Saturday, March 16 – Flyers Only Tournament. Build a 500 Point team using only characters who have the Flight ability. Prizes for this event include the LE #102 Matches Malone for both the Champion and Fellowship winners.

Thursday, March 21st -Set Loyalty. Build a 500 Point team where all figures are from the same set. This includes smaller sets like Batman: Streets of Gotham as well as larger sets such as Spider-Man. Fast Forces packs count as being from the same set as the set the are named for.

Saturday, March 23rd – No Mans Land Month 4 Event. A 300 point, Sealed event utilizing two (2) DC HeroClix: Batman Boosters per player.

Prior to the event, players will “declare their allegiance” to one of the six No Man’s Land “Gangs (GCPD, Batman, Joker, Two–‐Face, Killer Croc, or Black Mask). They are now fighting for turf on behalf of their chosen gang. Upon completion of the event, the Gang with the most Event Points has now conquered Blackgate Prison for their Gang. “Tag” the corresponding location on the included laminated Gotham City map with the appropriate Gang Token.

Prizes include the LE #104 Poison Ivy for both the Champion, 2nd Place and Fellowship winners.

Thursday, March 28th - Storyline Accurate. Build a 500 point team comprised of a line-up of characters taken directly from a comic story. You must be able to reference the specific story.

Saturday, March 30th - 500 Point Floor Tournament. Build a 500 point team with at least 250 points coming from the newest Marvel HeroClix expansion, Amazing Spider-Man. Prizes include the LE #101 Franken-Castle for both the Champion and Fellowship winners.

NOTE:  Due to space restrictions, attendance will be limited to the first 12 players
